Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

Passport Size Photo Converter is provided free of charge, as is. By using the site you agree to these terms.

No guarantee of acceptance

We work hard to keep photo requirements accurate and link to our sources, but requirements change and the final decision always rests with the authority handling your application. We cannot guarantee that a photo made with this tool will be accepted. Please check the official requirements before you submit.

Your responsibility

Use the tool only for photos of yourself or people who have given permission. Do not use it to alter your appearance in a misleading way — official photos must show your true likeness.

Not affiliated

Passport Size Photo Converter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, embassy, consulate or visa centre.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
